You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 92r support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 92r accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Closure by Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92r is licensed. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, subject to the informal resolution process set out above.
Chargeback Policy: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting 92r's internal dispute resolution process is a breach of these Terms. 92r reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any chargeback and to recover funds where a chargeback is determined to be unjustified.
